The 6 Resilience E's™
Are you about to make an important decision or go into a critical meeting?
Just like an athlete gets ready for a competition, Executive Athletes™ also prepare with a pre-game ritual to put them in a winning mindset. We often work with C-suite executives, entrepreneurs, and nonprofit leaders who face high pressure situations. We offer an in-the-moment exercise, called the "The 6 Resilience E's™: Science-based Pre-Game Ritual". It is a game-changer, and in only 12 minutes it improves the brain's executive functioning and subsequent decision-making. It's meant to help a leader get in the best mindset possible before making an important decision or going into a critical meeting. Of course this does not replace skill and preparation, but it optimizes in the moment mindset.
The pre-game ritual is based on research from Functional Medicine, Management Science, and Corporate Finance. It is custom build for each client, from the 6 Resilience E's™, a comprehensive framework designed by LEAD LAB to enhance performance and well-being as an Executive Athlete™.
It comes with an optional scientific overview, separate from the actual exercise, explaining the research studies on which the exercise is built. In general, the 6 dimensions are the following:
